After separating from a corporate sales position in 2008, I set out to follow my dream of business ownership and culinary arts training. As luck would have it, in 2009, a culinary art school in New York accepted my application.

Strangely, I was a natural behind the bar. I enjoyed guest conversations, learning the bartending craft, moving about, and working hard. I have natural energy for service. I have also realized my passion and connected my dreams to the idea that would later become TILT Cocktail Events.
Our Story
In 2013, I incorporated my growing sole proprietorship, Cocktail Time, and created a company representing the energy of service I experienced. Over the years, TILT™ has provided worry and hassle-free pouring and bar catering services to hundreds of clients and companies. Our bar service packages take the guesswork out of planning and hosting life, work, and charitable events.
We are proud members of the Bartender’s Guild and the National Association of Bartenders. We have been shortlisted for business and service awards, appeared on TV, and worked with event companies nationally and internationally.
We donate our services to many notable charitable organizations within Dallas/Fort Worth and will continue to do so without fanfare. Many of our bartenders have grown with us for years and are like family.
Creating TILT™ Cocktail Events has been a labor of love, “I wouldn’t change a thing” about our journey. We are a small business that has placed smiles on the faces of many guests and hosts. It has been and will remain a pleasure to serve each one. The journey to create a company that “revolutionizes bartending service ” has already begun, and there is more to come for TILT and our clients.
